Lemon Balm is known for its calming and soothing qualities, supporting our nervous system, and calming our nerves. Particularly good for children (also available in glycerin). Tip: This herb grows well in the desrt southwest in my hoop house. I have had one large and bushy lLemon Balm plant growing for over two years now and she is happy as can be.
